Damaged and missing equipment
I have had the worst experience with this company unfortunately, I received my first half of my equipment fast but the second package was delayed about 12 days, when I received the package it was completely dismantled and damaged, looked as if the package fell off the FedEx truck. Contacted Ritfit and after a couple days of conversation I was prepared another shipment, and the correct equipment as the equipment that was sent was also incorrect. I got the new tracking numbers and got the first half of my equipment again relatively fast, but then the second package is now missing again and I checked on the tracking number and the package has been canceled. So now I have 2 sets of equipment with only half the parts.
