Everything was great except shipping notifications. I understood items would ship separately but not receiving notifications for the items were a burden when they showed up unexpectedly.

Stylish and functional fitness equipment with a modern vibe. The website is sleek, easy to navigate, and informative. Overall, it feels reliable and performance-focused.

Well over a month and no order. The delivery date continues to be pushed back. Where is my order 118302?

The product came when expected. Process of ordering was good and easy. Haven't opened or put together yet as we prep the space.

I got all of my packages in about 2 weeks. Assembly directions were very easy amd everything was packaged quite well to reduce any unnecessary damage in the shipping process. The only issue is that I am missing (1) part and must call customer service on Monday 12/15/25 to inquire if the company will ship me a replacement. It is the silver weight stack plate holder.

My order was a full PCC03 gym. after only recieveing the plates, barbell, and bench, my order was put as complete. I am missing the entire gym minus one box that had the bolts and attachments. And the shipping tracking numbers come up as unknown, and fedex system and call support say they never even received the packages from the seller. really disappointed and feel scammed. Will not be recommending to anyone and If you're looking for a home gym I suggest going to Rogue or another bigger more trusted seller. RitFit steals your money and only sends half half your orders.

Experience overall was great. Delivery was fast. Overall so far very happy with the sturdiness and functionality of the product. Only complaint I would say was having better diagram to run the cables. I could not even find a good video on you tube. Otherwise installation was fairly simple. Took about 3.5 hours to put together myself.

Ritfit has been an awesome company to work with. Super fast delivery and lots of perks with the membership points. I’d definitely recommend a purchase from ritfit.
