The hats I ordered were in a perfect sized box and well protected from creasing bending and flattening. They were shipped in a timely manner and repeatedly updated the whole phase of delivery, I would and will use them again.

Order came in on time, customer service was great! The boots fit him perfectly and although he hasn't tried them out yet, he says they seem to be very comfortable. He is using them for a trip to Alaska, but will definately be using them around our place. Thanks so much!
