It was a new helmet for a great price! I called when i saw it listed as used but the pics still had tags and you all said it was open box. You should consider advertising as open box if thats really the case. It didnt come with the extra visor insert or the name/address sticker but those are really minor. Great helmet, great price, fast shipping and you all were so friendly! Thank you.
