Went in for a tire change and alignment, it took two days. The first day they installed and "aligned" my tired the car was pulling to the right and my tire sensor came on. The second day they finally correctly aligned my tired and told me that neither the alignment not the tire pressure was put correctly.

It was a very good experience no pressure and they made us feel comfortable because I didn't try to push anything in our face

People are so courteous, thanks to Franklin Blenner who was so patient and never give up until he closed the deal. And I love the car he recommended to me .

I went to Rick Case Honda for service this week and was very pleased. Tony assisted me as a walk in and looked through my history to get a thorough understanding before suggesting maintenance. Price was fair and car was ready quickly, for someone that was dropping off. I'm sure it would've been faster if I were to wait. They also disinfected the inside and outside prior to taking it into the back. Also used the free car wash.

Wasn't happy with service. Called service manager 2x left messages no return call. I bought 2 cars from them in 1 year. I guess they must be doing alot of business and do not need any more.
