My vehicle had a couple of issues which were attended to and I was given an estimate of the time of completion. The vehicle was ready at the time given and appears to be in good working order.

I love Rick Case Volkswagen! But most importantly, I love Franklin and how he goes above and beyond to assist! After 4 years, I’m still happy and I wouldn’t lease or buy a car without Franklin. Franklin, Vincent and Daniel rock!

I commend Malcom Duane for the exceptional customer service when I took my car to Rick Case Honda on Thursday January 28 for check on the engine light that was showing on my dashboard.

Ronald, was very helpful very kind and very respectful about all my needs with my vehicle. My car service was taking care of on a timely matter. my car was done right around the time Ronald, told me it would’ve done. I am very satisfied. Although service was very expensive.
