Ive been waiting for two hours for them and when finally someone answered they said wait for someone else bc they’re the expert and ive seen that same person got online and ignore my ticket

Please provide us with your email so we can properly reply to this review. We attempted to locate your information using your name, country, and active or recently closed tickets, but we didn't find anything related to this issue. Our billing ticket system doesn't display active or non-active staff members either.

Terrible customer support & tos
Revivenode fell victim to a data breach, failed to refund my unused account balance of $30.58. They argued on discord and the ticket center onsite about it. These people use pre-exposed whmcs web templates anyone could buy or download cracked. I received a very condescending response from their first rep. I expressed my concerns about the safety of my data. Refused to refund & over charged me with an automatic deposit.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your review. We never denied the data breach and actively informed all of our clients as soon as it occurred. The incident was caused by a security flaw in a popular WHMCS theme that affected over 500 other hosting providers across the industry. We used to use this theme, but we no longer do, and we never use cracked templates under any circumstances. Regarding your account balance, our automated billing deposits and refund requests are processed strictly according to our posted refund policy. While we sadly don't use this platform for reviews, we wanted to set the record straight for future readers.
