Thank you for the feedback. Our team did not ignore your ticket. Our node hardware was completely healthy, and the crashes were caused by an internal memory issue within your own server setup. Please provide us with your email so we can properly reply to this review. We attempted to locate your information using your name, country, and active or recently closed tickets, but we didn't find anything related to this issue. Our billing ticket system doesn't display active or non-active staff members either.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your review. We never denied the data breach and actively informed all of our clients as soon as it occurred. The incident was caused by a security flaw in a popular WHMCS theme that affected over 500 other hosting providers across the industry. We used to use this theme, but we no longer do, and we never use cracked templates under any circumstances. Regarding your account balance, our automated billing deposits and refund requests are processed strictly according to our posted refund policy. While we sadly don't use this platform for reviews, we wanted to set the record straight for future readers.

Thank you for sharing your email with us. We have thoroughly reviewed your ticket and would like to address some points from your review. Here is the exact response we provided: "Hello hope you are doing well, I checked your account and you can request your account to be closed and terminated after 6 months of the last active invoice sadly as of the moment you do not meet that requirement however, I went ahead and did cancel any unpaid invoices for you." Nowhere did we say you can not, this is in our terms of service which you agreed before making any purcahse. https://revivenode.com/tos Regarding the issue you mentioned about spam, it appears that the "spam" was actually generated by an active card linked to your account, which attempted to pay an invoice that you had. We apologize for any inconvenience caused but you can remove your card at anytime just from the first email we do not limit clients from performing said action. If you would like, we can provide you with an actual log to support our explanation. However, we kindly request that you refrain from spreading false information as it has no acutal connection to the acutal service.

Hello, after looking into your account I found that you never paid for your service, meaning it would be cancelled you were sent 2 email reminders but you never even open a ticket so for what reason you are making these claims I don't know. Reply: You paid 5 dollars for a 5gb server which is 5 dollars being only 1 month of service there is no other payments sent. Reply 2: We don't have emails regarding that we have a ticket system, and for conculsion its better to contuin a converstion like that either in our discord or ticket system as this application isnt made for replying back,
