Support was decent for a while then fell off. i had a server for almost a month. The first few days were great, they helped install the panel i wanted and answered questions promptly. Then a few weeks later i reset my server because i wanted to go another direction. It never sent the email with my password. I opened a ticket, it got bumped to management and i never heard from it again. The ticket stayed quiet along enough it auto-closed. I wasnt able to access the machine at all for a few days. So i finally gasve up and cancelled my service.

Not able to login to billing account and upgrade existing servers, had no response so am looking to migrate to another host who has an actual customer service that cares about their users.

Response form any sort of support was rather slow. Connection on Some Nodes was fine but others had issues. That is from a Creator Server standpoint, just playing with a few friends is a fine enough experience as any other host. Edit: This was a 3 star review but after thinking on it some more I can recall when it would take upwards of 12hrs or more to get a simple response [not a fix] to issues we had. For a more detailed example of what happened, we were entering a partnership with Revivenode to host our SMP server and after many weeks of back and forth trying to get a functional server we got basically nowhere. Also the owner asked me to write this review via Discord DMs and I warned that I would not pull punches.

I will say when the servers are actually running they do pretty good, but when they aren't running is when it can get bad. Sometimes they get things handled really quickly and everything is okay but sometimes it can take them upwards of an hour to get things fixed. Normally the staff seems pretty friendly when they reply on the Discord, but that is when they reply. There are normally 4-5 staff members on all the time but tickets will be left open for quite a bit of time before they are replied to or they will start replying and then just half way through helping will stop. Another thing about the support is they recently just got a new server node I had asked to be moved to this server node in hopes that my server would go down less (which it seems to be working) and instead of giving me some notifications as to this happening they just did it and this left my server offline for a good hour before I realized that it was down. With all this being said they are pretty affordable as long as you don't have urgent problems because it seems that they don't get fixed as soon as they should be getting fixed. I would recommend this company if they can figure out their support system a bit better but at this point it is not that great.
