Revel SystemsReviews of revelsystems.com

It’s simplicity to work, and fast response to manipulation. It is versatile and easy to adjust to your need. Revel gets your business and know that all are different in their own way, so it make a perfect tool for you small or big company. Platform can be little unstable sometimes. Bugs with discounts and combos are common. But Definitly It is a must try, without any doubt. Great and clean interface, easy and intuitive to use, Customizable, versatile and has a great team behind it.

Excellent customer service and trouble shooting during my on boarding process.

Hi, I've been using revel pos since 2012 and I am very satisfied. The quality, intuitively set up of both back end and front end, stability, and width of tools in the revel pos system is the best I have seen and experienced by far. There is however a new law coming out in my country that renders the software illegal starting from January 2017 (that goes for all pos systems that are not approved, and not only Revel System pos) I would like to have seen these issues met by revel systems, but the response I've been given on this specific issue has been silence (phone conversations and emails have been sent). If adaptations is not met to satisfy regulations within my country, I am forced to look for another software. As this review was posted I very quickly got an email from the right people to speak with about the new law coming out. They are now reviewing this law and I await their feedback. Hopefully they will be able to make adaptations as I would really like to use their software in the future. Will be a five star if this happens.

lack of serious hands-on customer support

1. Gread fast product. 1. Excellent training and follow up on tech support at 12 AM! 3. Good solid prodict compared to other vendors in our local area.

Pleased with the 24/7 support we have received ... whether through email or phone.

I am working with Nenad on our on-boarding and implementation. He is extremely competent and dedicated to find solutions to our special scenarios. I can always count on him to be prepared for our meetings as well as spending time researching answers to unusual questions. He is instrumental in ensuring my trust in the product.

Excellent company, excellent customer service, if you are looking for a fantastic POS system this is the one to get.
