I am sorry your retainers did not fit. The process of creating an ideal retainer is dependant on the customer capturing a great impression. I am not sure what you meant by the "blue try" but I assume you meant your impression. We often check impressions through email, but it is not always possible to tell whether they are correct. Sometimes we find issues with the impressions during the process and need new impressions to make accurate retainers. We try our best to use your impressions but if we need new impressions we charge the customer 10$ (must be what you mean by "all new things"). As the founder, I know this process requires work on all parts. We work hard to make excellent retainers for all our customers but it is not always possible. In the small percentage of customers that the process does not work, we offer a 100% refund. Please let me know through email how you woul like to proceed. Darren
