Thank you so much Sheryl for the 5 star review! I am so glad your dentist liked it. Darren Haltom
I ordered the retainer kit and tried to make it work for my son. He had a problem with his gag reflex and was unable to get a decent imprint. Retainers Direct promptly sent me another kit but I still.l couldn’t get my son to keep the impression in long enough. When I emailed Retainer Direct they promptly refunded my money. Great customer service!

So sorry it did not work out. We appreciate the great review and hope we can help you in the future. Please let me know if you need a referral to a fantastic orthodontist in your area. Darren
I highly recommend Retainers Direct for replacement retainers. Don't be intimidated by the idea of making your own impressions. The video and step by step directions walk you through the process. My son's new retainer seems more durable than the previous one from his orthodontist and the cost was significantly lower.

The first order, the fitting was off but I was sent another kit at no charge and the 2nd one came back with no issues. Highly recommend and will use again.
