Retainers DirectReviews of retainersdirect.com

Fits a little tight, but decent quality. Took forever...almost 2-4 weeks end to end process which is disappointing. Other than that, not a bad value for the price.

Didnt fit great

Excellent service from a family run business. Whole process was painless and professional. I did have to snip away a bit of plastic that was uncomfortable (as an orthodontist would do in-person with clear retainers) but that took all of 30 seconds. Highly recommend

It is difficult to get a perfect impression and I had to pay to have a second set of molds and mixture sent to me. Pay very careful attention to lifting lips up and over the molds. That being said, Retainers Direct was extremely responsive to questions and to reviewing impressions (via a text message with picture) before I sent in final impressions. Communication was excellent throughout mailings and tracking. Excellent customer service. Retainers fit perfectly once they arrived.

My retainers fit perfectly. Much lower cost alternative to my dentist who wanted to charge $699 for the same product. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Retainers Direct. These folks work with you if anything isn't quite right

Amazing! Loved the handwriting letter that came with my retainers, that makes it really special. They fit perfectly, the process is so easy and fast. Customer service on point!

Great service with outstanding quick responses for questions on taking dental impressions.

Better product that the last one i purchased at my dentist office.
