Customer service took the time to secure me a bit cheaper shipping since I didn’t need the product right away.

Bowls were very well packed by Cresco Resco team. I also appreciate Cresco Resco making these bowls available in packs of 12 instead of 36. The bowls themselves are the typical good quality I would expect from Tuxton. I haven’t owned them long enough to know how they will hold up over time, but purchasing a known brand and a good design (rolled rim) puts the odds in my favor.
