One broken glass in each case, I was expecting more and order three cases for that reason. You could only send me two cases which ended up Ok because I only lost the two glasses from breakage rather than many more.

Ordered online, order was ready, also bought a few other items when I came in. Nobody acknowledged me when I came in or was looking through the aisles. Both associates seemed to have trouble working the register, but were friendly enough.

There were some issues getting the equipment delivered. Eventually resolved with the help of Brenda at the online order desk.

the caddie wheels came when expected and work great. the only slight down side is that due to the cost, I'd say the value was quite 'fair', but not exceptional.

Great machine. Minus one star due to the bean reservoir top being cracked.

I needed replacement forks and spoons and found just what I needed. However, instead ig getting 8 forks, I received 8 dozen forks as their website was not clear about it being a package of 12. They were very cooperative about the return of extra forks!

They had what I needed and shipped out in a timely manner.
