The shipping and ordering process was simple. Unfortunately, the product quality was poor. Plastic was delivered cracked and bent out of shape- I had to order from a different supplier : (

The overall order experience wasn't bad, shipping information was limited but still arrived on time and I appreciate the prices -but- I guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏼♀️ the wooden bowls were cracked and split of the 4 large bowls 3 were damaged, and not just a little! What's more disappointing is they were packed very well so this is just poor business these weren't just minor blemishes that could be overlooked-large v size chips around the outer edge and splits down the side, definitely won't hold anything liquid. This was a Christmas gift for my brother

It took 2 weeks to ship out and it only happened after I called and then all of a sudden it shipped out two days later

Hi Liran, Your order was shipped within 5 business days, though we understand the freight carrier took longer than expected to deliver — we’re truly sorry for that delay. We love Mediterranean food ourselves, and we’ll wholeheartedly recommend Soom Soom Fresh to friends in LA! Thank you again for your patience and for being our valued customer. — The RestaurantEquipment.com Team
Ordered lids that came in with yellowing and the fully quantity did not even arrive.
