The Remofirst portal is really accessible and useful. I can do several requests or tasks from there with relative ease. One time I had an issue with my sick leave count. Looks like it was a glitch. I reported it to their support team because timesheet submission was nearing the deadline. They took action within 24 hours and got it resolved.

Great experience so far! Onboarding was smooth, with a small hiccup quicky resolved my emailing my contact person. The online portal is well made and has everything that you need. Only small complaint is that, while salary payments have been timely so far, the timing has been a bit erratic: sometimes I've received them very early like the 26th, sometimes on the 31st, sometimes somewhere in between. In previous jobs I've always received payment on the same date unless it fell on a bank holiday or weekend, but I could always predict when I was getting paid.

I like that RemoFirst is very easy to use. The support they provide is excellent because they are very attentive and respond as soon as they see an email. The payment receipts are very detailed, which I also like. Additionally, I can track the payments from the app, arriving directly to the email and the page to view and download. If I have any questions or problems, I can write to support, and they help me immediately, as they are available 24/7, which adds a lot of value for me. The only downside is that they don't have timesheets integrated, but not a big deal.
