Everything about this company is wrong

Everything about this company is wrong. Not only are they constantly guilty of false advertisement, and shady sales pushes inside stores, where they lie about everything to get people to switch to Reliant, their business office and payment systems are garbage. I ended my account with them, because I was moving to a place where I wouldnt pay utilities. That was when I started being unable to pay, the app basically just wouldnt let me. My bill amount also just randomly changes amount due. It was $46, it let me pay most but not all of that. Then the bill showed 26 cents, and it wont let you pay less than a dollar, so I paid a dollsr. Then I get a bill for over 300, after the account was closed. Tried to argue the bill but how do you argue with people you cant understand or who dont g.a.d.? Paid part of that, went back two weeks later to pay the rest, and it wouldnt let me, bill stands now at $100 because the system wouldnt accept my payments at all over the past 4 months. Tried calling them, you end up trading accents with people you can't understand. Tried chatting with an associate online, they could not find a bill. Now, after 5 months of trying to pay these people off, I get an email notice from a collections agency that doesn't even include the supposed amount owed? Im just supposed to email them my bank info and let them take all they want, whoever they might be? Don't sign with this company. Just dont.
