My experience was ok but my ceiling was supposed to be repaired where the thermostat was installed and no one has contacted me to fix it. Its been 14 days!

Besides a little hiccup for the initial inspection appointment- things happen- the actual repair appointment occurred on time and was finished in a very timely manner. The crew is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I have used Reliable for A/C replacement, gas water heater replacement, pin hole leaks, and gas furnace replacement and can highly recommend them!

The guys were very very professional and kept us well informed on the process great job!

Customer Service, Subject Matter Knowledge and attention to detail

My Tuesday appointment was a no call no show. I had even called and customer service told me that I was still on the list and the technician was still coming. When I called back after 9PM, the answering service was on. Once I rescheduled for Wednesday morning everything went smoothly and Brent was great. Not showing up for the appointment was pretty bad though.
