Nicholas took a look at the furnace and discovered that the motherboard was not working he ordered a new one and came back and put it in.

The gentleman that came to my house was extremely helpful. When I couldn't figure out how to turn off the a/c he was patient and educated me on how to turn it off and on. What he didn't know was that my sister had died the previous week and my mind was frazzled. Thank you for your kindness. You never know what someone is going through.

Tech was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to have in our home.
