Dr. Patel was very thorough in his consultation exam and took the necessary time to explain his findings and discuss the MRI results with me. I felt very confident in his recommendation for my spine procedure and 9 months later the results have been good although not without some ups and downs. I would definitely recommend Regenexx to anyone with an orthopedic or spinal issue and would do this again before resorting to surgery.

My shoulder is better after the Regenexx than it was before. there is less pain following the procedure, but I was hoping for greater flexibility.

It's been six months since I received my transplant. I noticed almost no relief in the first six weeks after treatment but then started seeing very noticeable improvement during week seven. This improvement continued for about three months and I was very happy. But I started noticing small, sharp pains in my left knee about two months ago. As a result of those pains I significantly cut back on my activities and movement. The pain has diminished a lot but I'm afraid that going back to my normal routine will result in more pain. I'm disappointed in the lack of post procedure information with respect to how much or how little activity I should have been performing during this period.

Regenexx stem cell therapy provided me with a new pair of knees. Now I can again run, walk, bicycle, studio cycling classes, do Cybex weights and work out vigorously at the Y. I walk or run at least 5 miles a day and every morning do a 20 to 30 minute stretch, tone and Pilates routine. I have new meniscus, cartilage and the works without pain. I have referred scores of friends and colleagues as I am extremely satisfied.

The reason I did Stem Cell is because I don't do prescription drugs, but use essential oils, Homeopathics, and herbs, and supplements. I was surprised that your research hasn't included the essential oils, and pain relievers, like Boswellia, and willow bark. I was please that arnica was approved, as I've always used this. You might want to research the effects of Boswellia and willow bark for effective pain relief for arthritis pain, as well as post procedure pain.
