Very nice and caring folks. Unfortunately, my issues initially improved some but at this point are worsening.

Some of the doctors truly make an effort to help heal whatever the injury is, and I appreciate that so much. I was at one point misdiagnosed and wasted thousands of dollars. Specific treatments I later asked for helped a little. I've spent around $20k out of pocket at Centeno-Schultz so far. The staff are kind but one scheduler nearly never calls back so I've missed appointment opportunities. I have recommended the Centeno-Schultz Clinic to more people than I can count because there is some benefit that can help some people.

The Regenexx physician and the front office staff provided excellent care, and I would rate them five stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the nursing care was concerning. During IV placement, I informed the nurse that I was experiencing significant pain. I was told this was "normal," despite having undergone numerous IV placements in the past and recognizing that this experience was different. Additionally, when I was waking from anesthesia, I overheard the anesthesiologist addressing the nurse regarding the anesthesia risk level that had been documented. Witnessing this disagreement immediately following my procedure further diminished my confidence in the nursing care I received. While I appreciated the physician and office staff, these issues made what should have been a positive experience feel unsettling.

Patient comfort, communication, and confidence are extremely important, and your feedback will be shared with the appropriate team for review.
Unfortunately the bone marrow procedure did not do much for my aching back. I believe the PRP procedure I had in 2024 did more to relieved my inflammation better than the Bone Marrow procedure. Its to bad the Bone marrow procedure could not regenerate my L4 L5 & SI disks. Praying in the future a miracle procedure will help regenerate disks. Dr Goodwin is Dam good doctor who can only do procedures that Regenexx has approved. I would recommend Dr Goodwin and Regenexx even though my Bone marrow procedure was not effective. You have try to prevent surgery the best you can . Especially at my age of 74. But I will keep looking for effective Stem Cell procedures and try to dodge more surgery. I had surgery in 2020 before I knew much about the stem cell stuff. Surgery was effective in relieving some pain but not all, unfortunately. Decisions?? Good luck to all!! Mike Krauss

Never had this done but if the fda doesn’t approve the treatment it’s because it isn’t effective. So people shell out money for an unapproved treatment then write a bad review and say they are ripped off? Well thanks for your reviews folks it has helped me see the obvious.

The first, very expensive, procedure did not work. It was the platelet injection procedure. Now I'm going through the nerve block on my back. First the left side, and now my right side. I hope it works.
