The treatment was very effective and I would recommend it for anyone with osteoarthritis as an alternative to total joint replacement (if they are a good candidate for it). What I did not like was being charged for an examination when I went to Regenexx for my treatment and being informed of the charge for the examination when I was there. The examination was not necessary because all the x-rays and MRI's were already provided to them ahead of time. Unlike all the other cost and charges, this was a charge and expense that I was not informed of ahead of time, and so I refused to pay for this charge when the statement came. The other thing I did not like about Regenexx was having to pay for them to track me (and how well the procedure went) for their data base. If they want data and want to track me for their data base, then they should pay for it, and not charge me to pay for it.
