I will never be able to say enough positive things about my experience. My Regenexx Stem cell treatment at StemCell Arts in Tysons Corner, VA changed my life!! I have a New story! I was hovering between an 8-10 level pain everyday because of post-traumatic arthritis and necrosis in my left ankle. Since my treatment - I'm between zero and 2 for pain. If you are a candidate for Regenexx - do it!! I hemmed and hawed for almost a year - what a waste - I could have had pain reduction even sooner. It is truly amazing. The doctor, team and all staff were all stellar !! I will be doing it again to keep this necrosis pain away! BTW - I'm one of those that does not do pain meds - so this is my option !! Neck pain was unmanageable. The treatments received from Kaiser was giving me major cramping all over by body, so I was trading one problem for another. Kaiser treatments were addressing the symptoms not the cause. Centeno is treating the cause and my quality of life is much better. No neck pain and no cramping.

Great place to go. Dr John Pitts was very knowledgeable, out going people person. So far I'm satisfied with the results of my shoulder and Achilles procedures. Will recommend to my friends and family.

My Dr. screwed up significantly last year causing me great harm and has never apologized to my face. Furthermore, he has failed to offer the level of care I expect from Centeno Schultz ever since. He has failed to request a followup after my most recent procedure, and failed to answer a simple email question after my last procedure. His manner is distant and impatient, seeming to be annoyed with me and yet I have been nothing but patient, cooperative and respectful.

The best thing I have ever done is having my knee fixed by Regenexx! Thank You!!

Dr. John Shultz is the very best! With such immediate and excellent results I would not want to work with any other physician or group. There is no one I would trust more. His exam was immediate with explanation and given a plan to proceed expedicially. Four other doctors gave totally different diagnosis which would have put me down the road for being crippled. It was not my foot that needed surgery with pins and screws, it was L5 & L4 in my spine that was compressed. Chiropractor had adjusted my neck due to a knot in left shoulder blade. With "stenosis" DO NOT ADJUST NECK" on front of my chart! I was sent into uncontrollable spasms and left arm was contorted and in unbearable pain. Given steroid pills, wrapped arm, and pain pills nothing worked. Dr. John examined me, had MRI as protocol, and he did his thing with a photo of needle inserted in neck to prove it. And I was immediately out of pain! He is extremely knowledgeable, and skilled beyond the rest. And once you get to know him he has a terrific sense of humor. He understands pain and what medications handed out by MD's do to destroy our stem cells among other repercussions listed. He is multidimensional and treats you like you were a special member of the family. I rate him and his team a 10! Better than the Best for certain!
