Easy signup, I'm constantly getting refunds

Having purchased and signed up for several non-refundable, useless, ultimately irrelevant to my business and just another thing for me to learn, I was done with all these fancy new apps to help us paralyzed Amazon Sellers. I had long thought: I make mistakes all the time, why do I take it for granted that Amazon doesn't. I really need to go through all these reports and find out where Amazon owes me, but, then there was the stark reality of no time, where to look, how to reconcile and when I'm managing 5 staff, teaching new ones Amazon basics and finding more new things for me to learn. Pumping out 150-300 orders a day, swallowing ridiculous return claims, looking at damaged units held at FBA, the last thing I want to do is try to figure out with Seller Support that Amazon has made mistakes. I was frustrated and exhauted. Then when things slow down to 20 orders a day, I'm thinking about ramping up business and buying, not building an algorithm, much less spelling it. Then came Refunds Manager. Over the last 4 or so years Refunds Manager has literally put THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS back into my business that i would never been able to find. You don't get paid unless you find the money - genius! Outstanding support and moreover, thank you for doing what I can't and literally won't do! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
