Cases are submitted on a slow pace to comply with Amazon TOS - RefundsManager is always looking out for more cases to submit. The amount of cases we find also depends on a clients account size. We are always on top of our reimbursements and in case Amazon reverses anything we always credit back our clients the amount reversed Thanks for continuing to use our service
