The product has been working very well, and my appetite is under control. I can feel that when I am putting food on my plate, I only serve myself about half of what I used to eat. I am totally satisfied after eating the urge to eat is suppressed but not in a uncomfortable way. Plus, the young lady Jennifer Sanchez has been a delight to deal with. A win-win.
