If I could give zero I would. I was sent a link for a 'check in'.. They automatically refilled my meds. I only knew after & the charge was 2xs asuch as the first time. I was to be out of town & could not be there for delivery so called to cancel. They were notified first thing in the morning & they created the label at 5:43 pm . I will be filing fraud charges with my bank as I never approved the charges. They shipped it with no attempt to cancel so they could take my money.

I am a member, of REFLEXMD and have recieved 3 doses, an now I'm passed my 4th dose, and I got nothing. They all of a sudden ed ghosted me??? I've paid alot of money every month! I can't get any response from emails or phone calls???? Poor customer service!! Still waiting!

Great crew along the way as well as the follow up people. The program has worked absolutely without a hitch for me so far. No side effects nor discomfort but no hunger moments at all!!!!

My interactions with customer service and doctor are great. Cost comparison with other providers is about $200 more a month. That is why I am considering switching
