I had a break in service. I think I went approximately two weeks without the second order coming. I'm not sure why, but I thought the service was going to be automatic. I had to call and reinsure that this would be continuous item.

Doing well but not super happy about only losing 11 lbs in about 6 weeks! Not sure if I need a stronger dose!

I stumbled upon this company while looking for alternative ways to get a prescription filled. They had good reviews and I began to fill out the questionnaire however, I quickly abandoned the process when I got to the part requiring a valid phone number be given (but, had already filled in the email question). I am always skeptical and cautious online giving out my email, phone, and birthdate information. I am glad I made it far enough along to have given my email address because soon I received an email from customer support saying, “hello” and asking if I had any questions she could answer. Wow! Somebody actually reached out to me asking if they could help me determine if I wanted to move forward with working with this company. It was a very friendly email and I was comfortable answering it. Talking with this representative coupled with my need to obtain the medication I required, overwhelmed any feelings of mistrust I initially felt. And I have to say I am thrilled that I was able to get myself past those feelings and continue on. The questionnaire was very basic and easy to do; including the identification verification documentation I had to upload. After I paid my $297 I received an email letting me know that my information had been sent on to a board certified doctor in my own state. Within about three or four hours I received both an email and text message update letting me know to logon as the doctor had left me a message. In his message he introduced himself and then let me know based on everything that I had sent to him that I qualified for the medication that I was requesting. He further let me know that the medication had been sent on to a pharmacy and when ready would be delivered to my home. He went on to say that typically it takes five business days to process the medication and then send it via overnight federal express. I began this process on a Wednesday morning and as I sit here now Friday at noon the medication is already in my refrigerator! As for pricing, the company was crystal- clear that, for me and what I was asking for, the initial cost would be $297 with a $200 discount applied. This figure included the initial doctor interview, a month of medication and its delivery. The company, again, was very clear that moving forward my prescription and delivery would be $497 per month. Included in this figure was the ongoing ability consult my doctor via chat regarding my treatment. As far as the medication goes, I have not yet tried it so I can’t give you a review as to the quality of the medication. I’ll do my best to update my review at future date. Without reservation, and after a complete analysis of my experience, I do wholeheartedly recommend this company.
