Fast responses and detailed instruction

While the product is good, the delivery was horrible. A month ago, I changed my shipping address from my vacation home in Florida, back to our Wisconsin home. The next shipment almost four weeks later it went to Florida, where it sits in my front entry until my return next fall. I'm out almost $500 with no product. And I'm beyond angry.

Easy process. Doctor is great. Quick responses when you have a question. Fast delivery of product. Achieving goals. Slower than I thought, but my metabolism is horrible after being in a sedentery job for 4 years. Great product though. I never would have been able to do this by myself. Losing 2 to 3 lbs per week.

I ate my three meals as always but I felt satisfied faster and with a lot less food and didn’t feel like snacking the cravings were gone

The significant increase in monthly cost over what was advertised will likely result in me looking elsewhere
