Patrick was very accommodating and willing to offer assistance right away. He quickly came up with a solid alternative for the billing issue I was experiencing.

I asked to switch from Semeglutide to Tirzepatide. Wendy reached out to me and made the switch from one medicine to another as seamless as it could be. I was very comfortable with Wendy's guidance. She made this switch easy.
