for the second month in a row, Package was delivered completely warm. Is the medication still safe? The last carrier Fed Ex packaged much better and it always was delivered cold.

My package label was created on 5/31/24 and not received until 6/3/24. The medication requires refrigeration, ice pack was warm to the touch upon arrival and there was only one. At this point I do not feel the medication is safe to administer.

I've always had great communication with this company. They are very thorough in the medical evaluation. They are quick to follow up with questions or concerns. Also give great instruction on how to inject and use the medication.
