Their customer service is wonderful! Super responsive and friendly. Shipping was fast and the medical staff was very attentive with my progress. I would definitely recommend them. Only con is the price. They are a little steep at $500 a month.

Due to extremely hot weather, when I opened the package 45 minutes after receiving notification that the package was ordered, the ice pack had melted and the product was at room temperature. Is the product any good or is it spoiled?

I received the product but ice block was all melted and even the silver foil bag around it was extremely hot. UPS had the product on it's truck from 10:15am until delivery at 5:08pm. They should be a better notication to UPS that it is delivery sensative or use a better means of delivery to customers so product comes as expected.

My order arrived with a thawed ice pack. In fact, it was totally warm.

I received the medicine but it is not cold. The ice pack is completely melted and the medicine was warm. Messaged the doctor and he indicated it should be fine. I am very happy with my weight loss I’m down 8 lbs in 3 weeks. I think they need a better packaging system with this massive heat wave hitting the US. Gave 3 stars due to the mail issue.

Received on my front porch (I was not home). My family brought it in— all ok but what I loved is that it was in a UPS box and not showing what was inside— so I loved the privacy so no one knew. ( my family does not know I am in this medication)!
