Easy process. Excellent customer service. Attentive MD’s. I have been very pleased. I had an unexpected surgery and had questions about my next months order. The doctor was very helpful and I didn’t feel I was being pressured to just buy more. They offered to pause or continue once I spoke to my PCP. I am very happy.

Working with this company has been a good experience! They have a web site that works and is user friendly. They always get back in touch. And my product always arrives on time. Not to mention the lbs are coming off. I’d recommend to anyone.

The product is good and customer service friendly. The problem has to do with the shipper. I have yet to receive a package that isn't hot, days late, torn. It's very frustrating considering the cost Vs poor delivery.

The shipping notifications are extremely inadequate. On July 9, I'm notified my payment is processed with no shipping information. Then the night before it's scheduled to arrive, I finally get a notice it's coming the next day. When? I don't know. Since I only had hours of notification, I had no time nor any to notify shipper not to leave it in the 90 degree heat for NINE hours.

So the shipping was a problem, it was not cool when received. Only in transit 2 days and arrived warm. In this hot weather it needed more ice packs. There was no notification on the outside of the package that it contained medication that needed to be refrigerated. Overall the experience was good and the customer service was very helpful.
