Would not recommend doing business with this company. When we set out to work with Refine Packaging we had high hopes that they'd be able to deliver as they were very hands on and responsive early in the process. Once we paid for the project, they became less responsive and eventually delivered us a set of boxes that were 100% defective (we could not use a single box), thus delaying an important launch we were working on. When we shared photo and video evidence that the boxes were defective and asked for (1) a new set of boxes or (2) a refund, that's when we learned that this business is not based in the U.S. at all and they work with a 3rd party company in Pakistan whom they placed the blame on. It has been two months and we still have not received a refund for this project. Instead, we are being told they they are doing an internal investigation in order to get *their* money back before they will refund us ours even though, we are doing business with them and had NO clue there was anyone else involved until things went wrong.

Steven was a great associate to Refine Packaging. His communication and detail to my needs were prompt. Follow-up on email communication was excellent and the order delivery was also done in time.. I love the overall look & color the designing team has done following Steven's direction. I am a happy client! I sure am going to recommend Steven at Refine Packaging and will return back for future orders.
