Refine Packaging did a great job and delivered our products on time.

I reached out to Refine packaging for a quick turnaround on retail boxes that our packager was having difficulty sourcing. In less than two weeks I had everything I needed while my other supplier was still estimating over a month to complete.

Brians customer service and responsiveness is awesome. He deserves 5 stars for that. Because the delivered product is part of the experience, I have to give 4 stars because the corrugate displays were not fully dry. Until we take them out and air dry them they can't be folded or sent because they fold in places where they shouldn't and lack structural integrity.

I worked with Refine Packaging on new packaging (envelopes) for my handmade, bean-to-bar chocolate bars. David was very responsive and helpful. I sent him the designs I created and Refine Packaging reworked them to fit the envelopes. They sent me multiple previews of what the finished product would look like. I received the package pretty quickly and the envelopes turned out perfectly. Will be working with them again. I highly recommend them!

David White was incredibly helpful and efficient in having our boxes made and shipped. Without his help, we would not have had boxes for our anniversary party. I will definitely work with David and Refine Packaging again in the near future.
