Starting a new business project I was in the market for packing. I contacted well over 2 dozen printers. IF they even got back to me, they were less than helpful. I felt their prices were extremely high, with no support. Brian at Refine Packaging got back to me immediately. Helped me design my package. And their pricing was 1/3 the cost of the competitors. He followed the order thru the mail, to make sure I received it on time. Once it was delivered he reached out to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. I cannot speak highly enough of the helpful support I received. I will continue to order from Brian!!
