Jack Hayden was my contact person and he was with me every step with ordering my product boxes, and asked for an update when they arrived. They boxes are exactly what I submitted and they are very nice. I will definitely be contacting Jack in the near future. Thank you for all your help. Great company!!! And reasonable pricing.

I was so happy to find Refine Packaging while looking for a new company to produce my product boxes. Brian was assigned to my account and he was helpful from initial conversation about needs, to design help and specs, to final delivery. Refine packaging was able to work within my timeline and the products met my specifications and expectations. I look forward to working with them and Brian again.

Working with Harry was an incredibly seamless and wonderful process. From initial questions, to uploading the files, and receiving our boxes promptly - he helped us along the way. We could not be happier with the boxes and experience.
