They started me on a micro dose even though I had been with a previous provider at almost 3 times the dosage. They did not tell the me dosage was going to be so low before I paid. Once you pay you cannot do anything about it. 2 months have past and I have only lost 5 pounds. I went in to their portal for me to try and change the dosage and I am not given any option to do anything. They may have bought out another company and combined them in to one as the info was from a mixture of my info was the date of the previous company I used back in January but the listed dosages were the micro doses from Refills.com starting in May. There were other problems too numerous to list. It does not seem possible to trust such a poorly run company.

I was really struggling with my GLP-1 medication experience. My shipments were arriving hot to the house (which made me worry the medication was compromised), and I had a terrible experience with a customer service rep who gave me completely wrong information that only added to my frustration and confusion. Zoe went above and beyond to help me sort everything out. She listened carefully to my situation, quickly identified the issues, and provided clear, accurate guidance on how to handle the temperature-sensitive deliveries and how to properly manage and store the medication. She corrected the misinformation I’d received from the other rep and gave me practical steps that actually worked. Her support was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough—she even followed up to make sure everything was resolved. Thanks to Zoe, I now feel confident that my medication is handled correctly, my side effects are better managed, and I’m making steady progress without the previous headaches. She turned a stressful situation into a smooth, positive one. If you’re dealing with GLP-1 challenges—whether it’s shipping problems, bad customer service advice, or anything else—Zoe is the person you want on your side. I was charged incorrectly for my order. I called Refills and got a lovely person named Jordan. I was not only credited back the incorrect amount but she fixed my monthly charge to be correct so I will not be billed incorrectly again. She was very patient with me and very helpful.

Easy to sign up for service and I love the patient portal so far. It allows you to track your progress and message your provider with questions at any time. The customer service has been excellent - friendly and informative. I spoke with Sharon and she provided clear and easy to follow next steps and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions. So far I am happy I chose Refills.
