The representative was very helpful. She took care of the issues I was having and assured me my order would be pushed through. I have called, left messages, emails to Refills for a week straight before anyone answered keep that in mind also. The websites to use and track medication needs fixed ASAP

My customer service person Zoe went above and beyond! My July Order was missing due to a technical platform change. She followed through, and made sure my order got rushed to me the following day. She followed up with phone calls, and text messages! I have to say she was the best customer service representative I have encountered in many years. To get a real person that cared nowadays is extremely rare. Take care of Zoe! She is a Gem! Andee
