The young lady who assisted me was extremely helpful and and a true professional. I had contacted Refills.com many times without success, and I didn't think I would actually speak to someone today, but I did. She was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure I was finally connected to app.refills.com.

I was a previous customer with this GLP subscription service and cancelled due to extremely poor customer service and frequent issues with the site. Months after cancellation, I receive REPEATED emails asking to come back with 63% off. Guess what? The 63% never came off, and the “new and improved” website is exactly the same: full of glitches. Not only did it not process anything I attempted, but they said they couldn’t cancel due to my account saying “overdue”. Oh and the best response I got from Support? “Where did it say you’d receive 63% off?” IN THE EMAIL YOU SENT ME. Plus, you cannot owe anything as this is not a bill, your subscription literally doesn’t process anything until your payment is finalized. They are a joke and avoid them completely. It’s also completely telling that they respond on here before they even bother resolving your issues on the site. 9/3 Not only have they not resolved the technical issues, but sent the most incompetent emails that started out as another sales pitch after I requested my account be canceled. Claims were also made that they were trying to understand this review. It’s not my job to provide you critical thinking skills or reading comprehension as my complaint is fairly straightforward. After they “cancelled” my account I sent screenshots stating I still couldn’t delete my account. Their response? “ma’am your account is cancelled”. STAY FAR AWAY.

The person who called me was very nice and I got all the info I needed but she was very strange. Lots of long pauses, repeating, saying Ok many times. I think she needs more practice before calling customers as it was not a great experience

Nina was extremely thorough in describing what had happened with the Order and resolving the issue. It was done fast and effectively which equates to excellent Customer service.
