Eric was great, helped me with my issue through text which was super convenient and quick. Always a good experience with them! By far my favorite company to get my prescription through and also so affordable. 10 stars if I could! :)

Best company out there. Couldn't find one that would bill monthly for less than 200$, all wanted a year up front for best pricing, Refills came through and allows me monthly billing for 189$ a month any dose. It has been so easy to message in the portal. I've made changes in dose, asked to push out billing and shipment and they do it. It seems you get 5 weeks of meds but they typically bill every 3. 5 weeks. I just message, request it not to be processed until I need it and they have done it every month for me. I'm starting month 4 and no issues, lost almost 25pds with minimal side effects. I've recommended this company to friends!

Refills made the process of signing up and getting my prescription very easy. They are well priced and source from very reputable suppliers. Communication with their team has been very good.

Great experience. Customer service is excellent. They let you know exactly where your shipment is in process & update you timely. They're quick to respond & if you need assistance with anything, they are always there. Eric has been wonderful to work with & very responsive. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Their prices are very competitive as well. I am very pleased with Refills.

Response time was a little slow so that’s why I gave it 4 stars but they did reply and helped me with my issue . I am pleased with this company over all.
