Excellent service... fast delivery ...I’ll be back !!!

I just love my stethoscope!! Super fast shipping, I ordered my item with engraving on Tuesday, and received my package Friday.

My package was delayed more than 3 weeks by the USPS (no fault of Redding). I called customer service several times because of the delayed shipment and each time was told that they would investigate and call me back. However, I never got a call back. I eventually got the package, and as I said the delay was not Redding's fault, but a call back as promised would have resulted in a higher rating.

The overall quality of the stethoscope was great however, it too two weeks for delivery after they promised 24 hrs. Also, the color I ordered I was not able to get. This is why the hold up. But no one called to advise me.
