I was satisfied with the product. However, I was not satisfied with the service. I paid for 2 day shipping and ended up waiting a week and a half for the product to get in. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience.

Great service. Spent two years (I'm a procrastinator) with a broken/missing plastic diaphragm part on a Littmann III: Now the part's replaced (for a few bucks: what was I waiting for?). Plus I got a new Littmann IV (so III's in backup).

I bought the Littmann stethoscope for my girlfriend who just got her License. I customized it and it came out great, she loves it. Will order from this company again. Thank you guys !

I just wish that your company would of had the pink I wanted. My granddaughter graduated from nursing school now an RN And her favorite color is bright pink. This pearl pink was ok but doesn’t look like any shade of pink. Other than color she loved it. Easy to place an order. Very friendly salesperson and quick service even during this covid-19 virus. Thank you
