Thank you for your kind review Michelle! All of us here at RedBox Rx do our best to make the process of receiving quality affordable healthcare as quick and easy as possible for all of our patients. We thank you for future support!
I had an appointment on 8/8/24 with a provider who told me my prescription would be refilled for Effexor 150 mg. When my informed delivery still showed nothing coming from the company via USPS, I looked further and found the provider notes stating that she would NOT refill my medication due to “ medication could interact with other medications and make my symptoms worse.” Effexor is the only medication I take, and I have been on this medication for over 3 years! Not to mention that I’ve run out of it at this point, and stopping a SNRI could lead to a myriad of problems including migraines, seizures, and possibly death if not done appropriately! All the patient advocacy agent would do is refund my money for the appointment, but now I’m left without my medication, having to search for someone who can provide me an appointment and a prescription, not to mention the migraine I always have starting since running out of my medicine. I hope that providers with this platform can be more straight forward with those who use this platform in the future. But I certainly don’t recommend RedboxRx at good time.

I'm sorry Jessica. The services we offer at RedBox Rx may not be right for everyone. We offer treatments for over 20 conditions; however, some symptoms can be a sign of a more serious condition that cannot be diagnosed or treated through our telehealth services. Patient safety is of upmost importance to us and our providers which is why sometimes we have to deny patients a prescription. It is RedBox Rx policy to refund the visit if you were not prescribed a medication, and you were refunded the provider visit fee. If you ever have questions on what conditions we treat or how our process works, you can look under the FAQ's section of the RedBox Rx website or give our patient care team a call at 844-733-2697.
The absolute convenience of Redbox is all you need to know to make it worth it. Video consultation and then having my prescription mailed straight to my door without ever stepping foot in a Dr's office!

Thank you so much for your kind review Elainie!
This is probably the best experience I have ever had using a pharmacy in my life. I requested my rx on Saturday morning, it was approved not even an hour later and it shipped out that same day, It was then delivered to my mail box on Tuesday. I opened the box and it is perfect and exactly what I requested. I am very pleased and look forward to continuing to do business with you in the future.
