We created our short term refill program for situations just like yours Shane. You can get a prescription for up to a 90 day supply of most non controlled prescriptions sent right to the local pharmacy. It's quick, easy, and convenient!

Thank you for sharing your experience Hadley. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our patients to have. After we received your email we contacted our provider support team. We received an update yesterday that the visit has been updated and we see that the pharmacy is currently processing your prescription. We thank you for bringing this to our attention so we can identify challenges and work to improve them.

We are so sorry that USPS was not able to deliver your package as you expected. When our carrier is unable to delivery a package and it is delivered back to our pharmacy, our policy is to verify your address and reship it to you. I can see that your package was returned and the pharmacy is reshipping it. You should be receiving your order in the next couple of days. Let us know if there is anything else we can do Travon!
