Occupational Therapist Asst/Cafe Manager
We purchased a hydraulic lift table for use in our hospital occupational therapy job training program for persons with disabilities. We are very happy with the quality of the table and the service provided by your representatives. We are a government agency and the RDM rep was very patient with the payment process and followed up consistently. Thank you.

Great Customer Service
Interaction between customer service to ensure we ordered the correct type of bench/table. We were able to adjust measurements prior to the order with a final approval. Very reasonably priced.

What made my experience great was Michele Gomez. She was on top of everything. If it was not for her looking through the drawing I would have ended up getting the wrong thing. Thanks Michele!

Overall a very positive experience. Table looks and works great.
Overall a very positive experience. My one suggestion would be to include a comparison ability for broad costing. When I was looking for a table, the number of options was intriguing, but it was very inefficient and time consuming to submit each potential option or combination of options for a specification to see how expensive they would be. That also led to a couple of various people working on my same set of orders which also led to confusion and time loss trying to update multiple people on the multiple options I was potentially looking at getting.

Agreed. Thank you for the feedback, Matthew. We have a lot to offer and have always found it a challenge to convey our many solutions / offerings through our website. We do have a cart system that allows you to submit multiple products at once so that you do not have to enter your contact information several times, but I suppose we need to make it more obvious with something that maybe states, "Click Here to ADD MORE", or something similar. Good place to get custom tables.
The folks at RDM are responsive and willing to help you get the table you want. Working with them is always easy and quick on their end. The recived table was well packaged and there was no damage to the product so far it is working well.

Their personal service stands out above the rest of the industry. They also beat the big companies in pricing and quality, for an example Fisher's cost was 18k and RDM's custom length was 8k, and 4-6wks in comparison to 12-16wks.
