The customer service was very good and from what I hear from the customer, they are happy with the product. However, getting the product to us in the time we were originally promised did not happen. Several shipment delays happened which caused some frustration from the customer.

The front fillers for both the base cabinets and the uppers were shipped in 5" width for cut down in field (PROBLEM) when they were ordered at precise size wanted. Also, base cabinet filler was shipped in 36" ht cabinets and all of my cabinets were H.C. ht of 32" No fillers were shipped to close the cabinets off at the 2" rear gap at the wall..
