RDM Industrial Products, Inc.Reviews of rdm-ind.com

The speed and abundance of communication back and forth was great. Timeline was accurate and well communicated. The product met all of our expectations and then some.

"We are extremely pleased with the custom stainless-steel workbench tabletops from RDM Industrial Products. They perfectly executed our drawings and delivered a pristine, high-quality product. Michele and the office staff were highly knowledgeable and accommodating, helping us select the ideal materials for our environment. I highly recommend RDM for their outstanding craftsmanship and exceptional customer service & pricing."

Michele Gomez made the ordering of my tables very easy. I kept adding to my order and making changes, She was patient and helpful with suggestions to make sure my order was just what I wanted. I was informed when the tables shipped and were exactly what I ordered when they arrived. Unfortunately, one of the tables was missing a handle for the lift but I just emailed Michele and she had one coming to me ASAP. Really good experience for me, in fact I am in the process of ordering a few more.

Great support with ensuring I placed the correct order (there were so many helpful options) and helpful in negotiating a quick turnaround while our payment systems were being updated. A big shoutout to Michele Gomez! I have told several colleagues about RDM. Josh

The delivery of the new work tables was incredible. The craftsmanship is high quality. The rubber mats ordered for the top of each table arrived dirty and were very hard to get cleaned.

The partnership with your team on getting what we needed and working with us on delivery has been great. Your communication is very good too, very prompt, clear, friendly and professional.

Nice workmanship. Perfect dimensionally.

Great product, Great communication. Would buy from again.
