We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few details. Our radios include the first year of nationwide service at no additional cost. After the included service period, continued service is available through an annual renewal. When we state that there are “no monthly fees,” we are referring to the fact that customers are not required to pay a recurring monthly service charge. The annual service renewal information is disclosed throughout our website, including on product pages, our FAQ, and during checkout. Our radios use cellular networks to provide nationwide communication, so cellular service availability is an important part of how the radios operate. We would be happy to discuss how the radios are designed to work and answer any questions you may have about connectivity and coverage. At this time, we are unable to determine that you are a Rapid Radios customer based on the information provided in this review. We have requested your contact information so we can speak with you directly, locate your account, and better understand the experience you're referring to. We value honest feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly. We hope we can turn your 1-star experience into a 5-star one. -The Rapid Radios Team
